After much soul searching and finally coming to the realization that I don't have all the answers and am, in fact, lucky to have some good questions, I have embarked upon this course of learning and teaching.

This site will be devoted to the exploration of the mind body connection and the healing power we all possess within ourselves. I believe that there is a place for spirit in all things, a beautiful healthy body and a brilliant mind are nothing until ignited to life by spirit.

Hypnotherapy has been proven effective in promoting weight control, smoking cessation, relief from stress, pain control, and many other healthy choices. The peaceful relaxation produced by Hypnosis can be very refreshing and allow the body and mind to heal in ways that are truly amazing. Allow yourself to explore your inner healer and discover the freedom of health and inner power.

I began meditating early on in my spiritual development and have continued to build on this foundation. Meditation works from the mind into the body, by quieting the mind the body can relax and heal. Hypnosis works from the body into the mind, by relaxing the body the mind can relax and heal. While this is a very simplistic description of some complex processes, if you can grasp this simple concept you can understand hypnosis.

Most of us don't know what it is that is hurting us, even killing us, but deep within our subconscious mind are the answers we seek. For everything we do and continue doing that seems to have no logical basis, our subconscious mind knows why and how we can change that behavior.
